Convert files to UTF-8 encoding

Recomended make backup of converted files.
How to change encoding on a batch of files to utf-8 ?
You may select files with button ... or by the help of Total Commander if will press key Ctrl + B to select all files in directory and all subdirectories. After You may to copy names of files to clipboard and put into upper editor.
Finally press button OK.

Solution to accents and weird characters issue in the backend for some languages. ===>just convert language file to utf8 format
For exemple,for french language ,just convert french.php file to UTF8 format.
